Must have:
- Killer backend developer, with extensive Laravel experience and its ecosystem (Laravel Horizon)
- Must also be pretty proficient in SQL databases and be very comfortable around concepts like indexes and locks
- Great english
- Great problem solving abilities
- Have a strong desire to understand customers and great intuition for building software products to solve business problems.
Nice to have: - Frontend experience. Vue.js is fine, React.js is great
- Server skills
