We are seeking a Lead Developer to join our client. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and leading automation solutions in DeepOpinion Studio. You will work closely with our Business Analyst to gather requirements, design stable and modular solutions, guide the development team, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both oversee and actively contribute to development.

Project information:

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work (EU-based)
• Rate: 160 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)
• Project Duration: 09.2025 - 12.2025 (possibility of extension)
• Languages: English (B2+ Required)
• Start date: ASAP/ depending on candidate availability

Project scope:

• Collaborate with the Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design scalable, modular, and maintainable solution architectures in DeepOpinion Studio
• Guide and mentor developers, ensuring they have clear requirements and direction
• Oversee code quality, enforce best practices, and manage development standards
• Develop and implement automations, including workflow logic, database updates, and configuration changes
• Train and optimize AI models and manage data extraction for AI-driven skills
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders by simplifying complex concepts
• Continuously evaluate and improve solution design and development processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor"s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript (most important)
• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
• Solid understanding of process automation, including workflow logic, database operations, and configuration changes
• Experience with AI training and data extraction for AI skill development
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, intelligent automation, or RPA is highly desirable
