Obowiązki

• Take responsibility of the Pega CDH Lead Decisioning Architect in a project provided for the financial sector

• Analyze business requirements with the client, embracing challenges as opportunities

• Translate the requirements into Next-Best-Action decisioning framework ; design business taxonomy, engagement policies, actions and treatments attributes, offer flows, customization defined within extension strategies

• Cooperate with system architects to design channel and data integrations

• Contribute to data model high level design  

• Translate customer offers into NBA strategy artifacts (actions, treatments)

• Coordinate the team configuring actions, treatments and engagement policies

• Provide quality assurance ; define test scenarios, implement unit tests for the Next-Best-Action decisioning framework

Oferujemy

• At least 4 year experience as Business Architect or Technical Architect in CRM domain proven by provided deliveries: real-time decisioning, personalization engines, marketing automation, analytical CRM

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges

• Very good knowledge of English, we work in international teams
