We are seeking a skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The candidate will play a key role in developing cutting-edge machine learning and AI models, with a particular focus on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Your responsibilities

• Lead a team in the development of advanced AI models
• Understand business objectives and align AI/ML solutions to meet them
• Propose and implement innovative AI solutions to benefit the company and its clients
• Oversee the complete AI model lifecycle, including development, maintenance, and monitoring
• Identify and implement research opportunities and AI best practices
• Share knowledge and foster a collaborative team environment
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in applied data science

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning
• Expertise in Generative AI, particularly in RAG applications and Prompt Engineering
• Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, SQL
• Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, their limitations, and best use cases
• Proven ability to initiate and lead new ML projects from conception through to production
• Experience in setting up MLOps pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and convey technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner
• English B2 level or higher
• RAG, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, SQL
• ML Algorithms, MLOps, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Celery, AWS/Azure, Docker, Postgres
• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Knowledge of micro-service architecture, task queues (e.g., Celery), cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker
• Familiarity with database systems such as Postgres
• Active Kaggle or GitHub portfolio showcasing ML/AI projects
