We are seeking a skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The candidate will play a key role in developing cutting-edge machine learning and AI models, with a particular focus on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of AI models—from ideation and PoC to deployment and monitoring—while collaborating closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Lead a team in the development of advanced AI models
Understand business objectives and align AI/ML solutions to meet them
Propose and implement innovative AI solutions to benefit the company and its clients
Oversee the complete AI model lifecycle, including development, maintenance, and monitoring
Identify and implement research opportunities and AI best practices
Share knowledge and foster a collaborative team environment
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in applied data science
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning
Expertise in Generative AI, particularly in RAG applications and Prompt Engineering
Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, SQL
Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, their limitations, and best use cases
Proven ability to initiate and lead new ML projects from conception through to production
Experience in setting up MLOps pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and convey technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner
