about-project :


  • As a Lead Data Modeller, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data models that will support organization’s data architecture and analytics initiatives. You will lead a team of Data modellers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping and implementing data architecture strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and optimal performance.

responsibilities :


  • Lead the design and development of conceptual, logical and physical data models to support business requirements, operational and analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data modelling solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish and maintain data standards, best practices, and governance policies for data modelling.
  • Mentor and train team members on data modelling techniques, best practises, tools, and methodologies.
  • Work closely with data architects, data engineers, and analysts to create a cohesive data strategy.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions to ensure alignment with data modelling efforts.
  • Stay up to date with emerging data technologies, trends, and industry developments. Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
