This is your chance to combine deep technical expertise with leadership and creativity. You’ll design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing data services, while mentoring a talented team and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing- Refactor and re-architect solutions to get rid of legacy- Lead data integration from internal and external sources- Own and optimize the data engineering toolset- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data flows- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices- Act as deployment owner for data products- Translate business needs into technical solutions- Collaborate with analytics teams and business stakeholders- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth- Contribute to data governance, security, and compliance- Support users and provide on-call coverage for key processes

What You Bring to the Table- Strong skills in SQL, T-SQL, C#, SSIS, and VBA.- Proven experience designing modern data platforms and solutions.- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR) in regulated industries.- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex tech to non-tech folks.- Leadership experience—whether guiding a team or acting as a technical lead.- Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving.- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is a big plus.
