Responsibilities
- Presales Activities: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and demonstrate the value of our data and AI services.
- Advisory: Provide expert advice on data and AI strategies, helping clients to leverage technology for business growth.
- Project Setup: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of Data and AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Customer Care: Foster and maintain enduring client partnerships by addressing their business challenges and effectively managing engagement risks.
Qualifications / What will you bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in Data and AI Consulting, with a strong track record in presales, advisory, and project delivery.
- Hands-on experience in Data & Analytics implementations
- Strong grasp of data engineering challenges, and experience designing and implementing data platform engineering solutions.
- Relevant certifications
- Experience with Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake stack
Soft skills
- Analytical thinking: interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Problem-solving: proactively identify and resolve issues related to BI systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Effective communication: explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail: meticulous in data validation, report generation, and ensuring data quality across BI platforms.
- Team collaboration: strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and continuous learning: open to learning new tools and technologies in the BI landscape.
