We are seeking a Customer Claims Specialist to prioritize and escalate cases depending on severity and customer urgency. The successful candidate will contribute to a global effective NCR handling system and establish strong links back in the organization to improve the quality of claim affected components.

Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize and escalate cases based on severity and customer urgency
2. Contribute to a global effective NCR handling system
3. Serve as the entry point and manage NCR/repair handling for specific customers
4. Establish strong links back in the organization to improve the quality of claim affected components
5. Communicate globally with customers and internally at all levels of the organization
6. Negotiate with customers in a persistent and constructive manner
7. Take the lead and take charge in handling customer claims
8. Build and maintain strong customer relations
9. Demonstrate high-level insight into various business functions such as purchasing, warehouse, production, sales, and quality
10. Conduct necessary business functions when needed
11. Demonstrate commercial and financial understanding
12. Fluent in English at a negotiation level

Our Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer claims handling or related field
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
