We are seeking a Lead Consultant for IT Operations Excellence. You will be at the forefront of transforming our IT infrastructure services, impacting the culture of continuous improvement, optimizing our processes, and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency and performance. The job shall be hybrid, you can be employed in one of our locations - Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Povazska Bystrica, Sofia and Bucharest.

Please note, that the role may require travelling, predominantly within EMEA region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Operational Excellence (OpsEx) Initiatives: Spearheading and managing a portfolio of OpsEx initiatives aimed at optimizing IT Infrastructure processes.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with various IT and business teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Championing the adoption of new methodologies and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Change and Problem Management: Acting as a change agent driving the adoption of new processes and supporting problem management teams in performing root cause analysis.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT operations or service management role, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
