We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Lead Consultant position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telcom industry.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, telecom, or enterprise environments, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or consulting roles
- Proven experience in customer-facing consulting roles, ideally in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of security architectures, technologies, and organizational complexities
- Expertise in Fortinet SD-WAN and Firewall solution, BigIP F5, Ivanti FAA and Azure cloud solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent English and Polish skills (min. C1)

,[Functional reporting to Architecture & Technology Director/Senior Solution Lead, Leader of Consultants for customer account on various tech domains, Technical decision lead, Activity Pipeline lead, Documentation Lead, Process Lead, Team Mentor, Customer facing, excellent English/Polish communication skills, proactive, extravert, calm, organized, strategic thinker, decision maker, Agile mindset, objective driven, opportunity opener, able to cope with strategic sensitive environments, Experienced working in Customer Agile environments (participating in Customer Daily Standups, actively contributing to Customer Agile Sprint related ceremonies), Internal, with good understanding of security products, technologies, processes, organization complexity, etc, Technical Design Consultant expertise with Fortinet (Flexible SDWAN portfolio), Security (Fortinet Firewalls, BigIP F5, Ivanti FAA, SASE solutions is a plus), Voice (Teams EV), Cloud solutions (Azure), Able to ramp up quickly and manage the Complex Technical Landscape of customer while leaning on Consulting Team members deep expertise for in depth analysis, Able to articulate Complex Technical solutions (Architecture, Design, LoE) from Customer Functional requirements based on existing/new portfolio.
