Role Overview
As a Communications Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting Cantor Fitzgerald’s global telecommunications and data communications operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of telecom and datacom administration. You will work closely with carriers, internal engineering teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate asset management, and operational efficiency across the firm’s global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for telecom and datacom carriers.
- Support contract management, SLA tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in ensuring cost‑efficient and high‑quality service delivery across regions.
Telecoms & Datacoms Administration
- Support provisioning, maintenance, and day‑to‑day troubleshooting of telecom and data services.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure‑related tasks and documentation.
Administrative Support for Global Operations
- Provide operational support to a distributed communications administration function.
- Help maintain standardized processes, documentation, and workflows across regions.
- Assist with reporting and communication to stakeholders and management.
- Lead and mentor a distributed administrative team of six members located across multiple global regions.
- Drive process standardization and the adoption of best practices across all supported locations.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring consistent service quality, productivity, and operational alignment.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on team performance, workload, and operational metrics.
KPIs: Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate telecom/datacom asset records and support inventory controls.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance on lifecycle updates and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of asset management processes.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows.
- Generate performance metrics, carrier summaries, and cost‑related reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience essential: 3‑5+ years of experience in telecoms or datacoms administration. Working knowledge of carrier relations and contract/SLA management processes. Experience with inventory systems and asset tracking. Strong coordination skills across multi‑region teams.
Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Experience supporting large‑scale or enterprise infrastructure environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

- This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw, requiring three days per week in the office. Offered as a permanent contract (Umowa).
