Youll play a pivotal role in empowering the organization to make well-informed decisions through accurate data analysis

• Hybrid work with 1 day per week from the office in Warsaw (Śródmieście)
• B2B contract
• Large-scale, complex projects

Duties

• Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and areas of improvement
• Collect and analyze data to provide insights into business performance
• Collaborate with Project Owners to help define Roadmap and Backlog
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
• Craft data-driven reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of Data Product Management concepts
• Experience in BI, data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• The ability to formulate strategies for stakeholder involvement
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects
• Strong leadership skills, be proactive in dealing with challenges, and be able to build roadmaps for the product
• Experience in the Sustainability area will be a plus
