Requirements:

• Proven experience in software engineering projects, with a strong focus on backend development
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Demonstrated experience in team and technical leadership, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• A can-do attitude and solution-oriented approach
• Solid backend application development expertise
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with REST API development
