responsibilities :
leading the team and giving guidance for developers,
collaborating on the development and enhancement of data-centric solutions,
working closely with Product and Technical Teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth communication across the teams,
designing, implementing, and then maintaining new functionalities inside a living system.
Ensuring technical collaboration of the teams in China and other international technology teams
Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software by promoting good practices.
requirements-expected :
experience in team leadership in software development area,
being fluent in Object-Oriented and Functional Programming paradigms,
good knowledge of C#, .NET, relational databases and data warehousing
fluent English and Chinese with strong verbal and written skills,
knowledge of data exchange file formats and data transfer protocols,
being an open-minded, proactive person.
