We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers building internal tooling and features that keep players engaged. As one of the most crucial parts of the player lifecycle, the Retention domain ensures our players return for new, exciting, and rewarding experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, driving technical execution, and supporting team growth across the whole employee lifecycle - hiring & developing talent. Provide technical guidance and mentorship Track and act on engineering KPIs Technical & Project Oversight: Lead technical discussions and discovery sessions Optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams Champion Quality in all releases by ensuring proper regression testing and automation coverage in collaboration with QA engineers Contribute to the engineering, SDLC and QA strategy.
