Lead Architectural Engineer - Data Centres - Warsaw, Poland - 12-Month Contract
We are currently partnering with a leading multinational design and engineering consultancy, and they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join their team. Our client works across a variety of sectors including industrial, consumer goods, data centers and energy to name a few.
Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structure, building, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, and security technology.
Responsibilities:
Managing and delivering architectural work packages in multiple projects, from early test fits, to building permits to execution;Identifying the scope, design, and management objectives and delivering project documentation;Ensuring the quality and flow of information required for contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities;Writing technical specifications and reports;Assisting the project manager in the preparation/review of project costs and risk assessments;Review contractor pre-qualifications and prepared tender evaluation summaries for tender reviews;Evaluate proposals and recommendations to the client regarding vendor selection, write technical specifications for tenders;Communicate the status of projects to internal directors and external stakeholders (clients) on an ad-hoc and formal basis;Developing and maintaining vendor relationships ensuring continuous technical professional development.Requirements:A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Architectural Engineering;At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in architectural design;Good knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry;License to design (architectural specialization);Fluency in English and Polish;A good understanding of the daily operational business of construction industry clients;An entrepreneurial and result oriented;Proactive and flexible attitude;Positive and problem-solving attitude.If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
