What this job involves:
- Independent management of conceptual and multidisciplinary projects and cooperation with the project team. Contributing from start to finish to ensure a high-quality, innovative and functional design.
- Design works - interior design projects of offices, commercial spaces, apartments for rent.
- Participation in the design process from the stage of concept, construction design, detailed design, supervision of works along with responsibility for the work performed.
Sounds like you? To apply, you must have:
- Technical education (architecture, interior design).
- About 4 years of professional experience mainly in office and rental housing projects.
- A portfolio to prove your artistic skills.
- Ability to use programs: Revit (obligatory at the advanced level), AutoCAD , Photoshop , SketchUp (optionally).
- English at the level of free oral and written communication. Essential to serve overseas customers.
- Experience in working in a BIM environment – ACC platform.
- Ability to work in Navisworks is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Openness to travel and work in other cities (including Europe).
- Ability to work in a team, in particular the concept of brainstorming.
