responsibilities :
Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, Recruitment) while gathering and refining requirements for new internal system functionalities.
Be responsible for business and system analysis, stakeholder communication, and translating requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
Work closely with Product Owner on shaping and maintaining the roadmap of the internal system ecosystem based on the WEBCON BPS platform.
Manage and prioritize the team backlog for the analysis and development team, ensuring business stakeholders’ needs are properly addressed while maintaining adequate capacity for system maintenance and technical improvements.
Connect knowledge across multiple internal systems to design optimal cross-system solutions across the internal application landscape.
Prepare operational reports and system-based analytical insights for Product Owners and senior management, providing visibility into internal processes and system data.
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role.
At least 1 year of leadership or team coordination experience.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with BPMN and/or UML notation.
Experience in backlog management and prioritization in cooperation with business stakeholders.
Very good command of English (minimum B2) and full professional proficiency in Polish (minimum C1).
Basic knowledge of SQL.
