We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join our client’s AI team and help translate an ambitious vision into tangible, impactful AI products. Architect and develop the foundational AI data platform and MLOps pipelines, ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, reliability, and performance.
Design and deliver production-ready agentic systems, managing the full lifecycle from proof-of-concept to deployment and continuous improvement at scale.
Advance LLM capabilities through cutting-edge RAG implementations, fine-tuning strategies, RLHF, and research into emerging AI technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate AI models seamlessly and influence the company’s strategic roadmap.
Lead and mentor a high-impact team of data scientists and engineers, fostering technical excellence and translating complex AI insights into actionable business strategies.
requirements-expected :
6+ years of experience in building and deploying advanced machine learning solutions, with deep expertise in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning.
Proven track record of developing scalable data pipelines and ML platforms that support high-volume model training and inference.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), for both research and production systems.
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, evaluation frameworks, and drift detection systems.
Strong SQL skills and expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (Spark or Dask).
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business strategies and actionable insights to influence senior stakeholders.
Passion for democratizing technology and understanding of the challenges SMBs face in adopting AI.
