The Opportunity:

Most roles offer a seat in a pre-existing machine; we are offering you the tools to build the machine itself. We are a mid-size, family-owned pharmaceutical company at a pivotal digital turning point. We have the data, the vision, and the regional footprint—we now need the Architect.

This is a 100% Greenfield opportunity. You wont be managing "legacy debt" or fixing old code. You will have a blank canvas to design, build, and deploy our AI and data infrastructure from the ground up, with a focus on modern, Serverless Cloud Architecture.

Lead AI & Data Innovation Engineer (Greenfield / Serverless)

Location: Warsaw City Center (Office-Based) Reporting to: General Manager Experience: 3–5 Years Languages: Polish (Native), English (Fluent), Russian (Plus)

What You Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years in Data Engineering, AI Development, or a related "Builder" role.
• Python Mastery: Expert-level Python skills for both data science and systems engineering.
• Cloud Native: Strong knowledge of cloud environments with a specific passion for Serverless architecture.
• Linguistic Versatility:
• Polish: Native level.
• English: Fluent.
• Russian (opt): A strong professional asset for our Central Asian operations.
