Wymagania
MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or similar
5+ years professional experience as an ML Engineer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer with AI specialization
Demonstrated expertise in implementing LLMs and generative AI for data engineering applications
Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems that can autonomously handle complex data tasks
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Track record of building and operating scalable AI-powered data solutions
Experience using/operating MLOps tools such as MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of Deep Learning across various modalities (vision, NLP, graph, LLMs)
Expertise in vector databases, embedding models, and AI-specific data architectures
Strong programming skills in Python and experience managing the software lifecycle (CI/CD, Version Control, Test automation
Strong experience with cloud architecture, ideally in Azure, particularly services related to AI/ML
Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI development, and data governance best practices
