Title: LCV EUCOM BT Poland: Customer Service Specialist

Program Summary:

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP ). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist interacts clearly and professionally with customers (internal and external), maintains all files (current and historical), and performs a wide variety of administrative office duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Independently assess and apply standard customer service techniques and procedures.
  2. Provide prompt, professional customer service at all times.
  3. Exercise judgment to adapt to the needs of each customer.
  4. Assist in designing larger and more complex customer service assignments.
  5. Assist in the development of plans, investigations, and surveys.
  6. Prepare reports with MS Word and Excel.
  7. Continuously update the online system of record (MAXIMO), designed to manage service order requests and assets.
  8. Comply with all safety processes and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  9. Position may involve a rotating schedule.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience.
  2. Must have excellent communication skills including fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  3. Requires experience and familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  4. Must possess a high level of professionalism.
  5. Requires a high degree of efficiency and a sound work ethic.
  6. Must be detail-oriented.
  7. Must be capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  8. Requires EU ID and/or a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
  9. Availability immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced knowledge and skills with the MS Office Suite.
  2. Knowledge of MAXIMO program or similar system.
