Summary of the role

The Layer Lead leads and organizes Ceva’s layer business segment to maximize the overall sales, market position and business objectives of the segment. Layer Lead is responsible for:

  • The strategy and direction of the range on a local scale
  • The performance and follow‑up of his range, as a business partner and in synergy and co‑responsibility with the BUM
  • Lead and support the local marketing functions to achieve objectives.
  • Act as the interface between the European Layer Lead team and Polish POU team.

Responsibilities

1. Drive Product management for LAYER PORTFOLIO

  • Manage supply, sales budget, marketing, Tech info
  • Drive optimal supply distribution, minimal waste, good utilisation, and forecasting
  • Cooperate with Marketing and Tech Services

2. Own and lead key accounts in LAYER part

  • Achieve targeted sales growth for each account
  • Longevity of business

3. Strategic orientations

  • Address marketing plans and mid‑term vision for products, positioning, pricing and promotions for Poland.
  • Develop with EU Layer Lead and deploy tools that will facilitate promotion of the range for Poland.
  • Be team leader of the people directly involved and the team.
  • Lead and support the Veterinary Services/Vaccinations to define the support and resources needed to implement the marketing strategy in the countries.

Your profile

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s required, animal science preferred.
  • Work Experience: 15 years related sales experience required.
