Lawyer specialised in labour law and compliance
Your responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on German and international labour law issues for the various companies of ERBACHER the food family.
- Supporting the HR department and management in the interpretation and application of labour law in different jurisdictions - development and review of internal policies and HR compliance
- Drafting and reviewing international model employment contracts and other labour law documents
- Dispute resolution and risk management
- Training and knowledge transfer -conduct training for managers and HR teams on international labour law issues
- Promoting awareness of legal regulations and risks within the organisation
- Monitoring and adjustment of changes in legislation
Our requirements
- Law degree with specialization in labour law.
- Practical experience and well-founded know how in German and international labour law and compliance
- Experience as inhouse corporate lawyer 2-5 years
- Very good command in English (C1) and German (minimum B2)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a global, multicultural team.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including critical problem-solving ability.
- Professionalism and self-reliance in carrying out tasks.
