Responsibilities
- Daily, we deal with simple processes like checking data correctness, contacting with clients, and training coordination.
- Engage in more complex processes such as closing general ledgers, reporting, financial analysis, claims processing, systems implementation, technical customer support, or fleet administration.
Qualifications
- German B2 level is a must
- Customer-oriented thinking and attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work on shifts
- Willingness to work from the office
