Working closely with the team, your responsibility will be identifying suitable land across Poland for the construction of photovoltaic and wind plant projects.

Responsibilities:

• Finding sites for wind farms and photovoltaic farms
• Conducting a thorough analysis of the site conditions
• Identifying landowners, conducting negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental regulations
• Support in other project phases

Requirements:

• Experience in property management (mainly land and soil)
• Strongly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Independence, ability to make decisions
• Flexibility, willingness to travel
• Driving licence
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Office
