Responsibilities:
- Performing analyses of bath samples for electroplating, industry cleaning and metal pretreatment using instrumental techniques as well as classical analytical methods
- Carrying out corrosion resistance testing in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
- Reporting and documenting laboratory test results, including basic data interpretation
- Assessment and processing of (customer) requests which includes the setting of priorities together with the supervisor of the Technical Center, occasional travel to customers sites to perform technical troubleshooting
- Carrying out daily office operations, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative duties as needed
- Coordination of laboratory requests and sample processing in cooperation with Technical Center in Germany and external laboratories
- Responsible for 5S at the work place which includes laboratory equipment and asset management
- Develop and optimize laboratory workflow and the organization and execution of laboratory task
Qualifications:
- Minimum technical education in chemistry, electrochemistry or chemical analysis
- Previous experience in electroplating or within paintshop industry is highly desirable
- Practical expertise in conducting chemical analyses and assessing coating properties
- Structured work style with strong analytical thinking skills, enbling effective problem-solving
- Good english language skills, experience with MS Office tools, dirving license category B
- Loyal and ethical individual who values teamwork and collaborates effectively within a group
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and meet deadlines
