THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in Poland, Nysa. In this role you will ensure that all laboratory activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulations, reporting to the Laboratory Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Managing the work of the laboratory,
2. Maintaining continuity of measurements,
3. Supervising and managing laboratory staff,
4. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results,
5. Training and mentoring laboratory personnel.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Chemical degree or similar,
2. Experience in a laboratory setting,
3. Strong leadership and management skills,
4. Excellent knowledge of laboratory safety and quality standards.
5. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and software (LIMS),
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Knowledge of quality norms (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025, IATF).
9. Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5,
10. English B2, Polish C1.
