Your responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the end-to-end business demands such as labor demand, recruitment, management, and elimination in this performance region, mainly including:
- The end-to-end system/cost/accounting/statistics/etc. for undertaking employment in this region mainly includes:
- Establish and optimize a continuous analysis and optimization of the labor cost model;
- Supplier data management (labor data verification, data visualization, product requirement docking, etc.);
- ECO related docking of the companys employment system
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 8 years of experience.
- Expertise in supplier management and human resources.
- Strong knowledge of market trends to align strategies with business needs.
- Systematic thinker with a global, dynamic perspective.
- Proven ability to set clear standards, track progress, and ensure results.
- Skilled in innovation, seeking new methods for continuous improvement.
- Collaborative mindset to foster consensus and boost team efficiency.
- Leadership skills to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Fluent in English for effective communication.
- Experience managing employment support across international regions.
