The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of the P&G environment. The L3 PKI Analyst/Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Certificate Services, Public Certificate Authorities (CA), Private Cas, and Certificate Lifecyle Management such as Sectigo, Entrust, and Venafi. This role is also responsible for executing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based problem and incident management processes for PKI tools and services either in an escalation capacity or through managing the activities of Level 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and resolution. Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on PKI servers and applications Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for system administration. Create required reports in response to business user needs Participate in and supports capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with leadership team Provide input and requirements during process and control design by IAM Service Delivery Contribute to definition of PKI Services service levels, KPIs, and metrics as co-lead by the IAM Operations Manager and IAM Service Delivery Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, server backups, and server hardening Flexible working on a weekend or holidays to execute a Change Request or respond to Incidents Experience working in a geographically distributed team with members that include P&G employees, 3rd party service providers, and IAM technologies suppliers using a 24x7 follow-the-sun model Technical knowledge of key P&G IAM technologies: Hands-on experience with Private PKI and certificate automation (Sectigo, Venafi, Entrust, Active Directory Certificate Services, etc.) Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Basic experience with Linux, Windows, LDAP/Databases, Kerberos, Rest API PowerShell, Python, Bash is a plus. IT Operations experience or certification rooted in ITIL framework is a plus.
