L2-L3 Support:
- Ticket Management: Handle support tickets through various channels, ensuring quick resolution.
- Communication & Documentation: Keep stakeholders informed and document solutions in our knowledge base.
- Access & Compliance: Process access requests and adhere to strict security protocols.
L4 Support:
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- System Optimization: Tune systems, manage risks, and contribute to cost/performance reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop best practices, enhance tools, and support strategic updates.
