This role is expected to manage one of the teams responsible for payment screening in the Sanctions Screening Hub located in Olsztyn (Centaurus), Poland.



The role will involve process oversight, team management, and close cooperation with all partners for all process aspects to deliver the best client experience.



Key tasks performed in the position:

• Effective team management in the sanctions dynamic environment as well as managing relationships with internal stakeholders and country representatives.
• Identification of risks and ownership to address them, timely reporting of all control requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate business execution, timely escalations of potential issues.
• Ensure directs have clear goals and objectives, supporting both personal and business development.
• Involvement in local and regional projects and initiatives.
• Monitoring volume trends and investigating the root cause of changes.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the sanctions regulatory environment, and adherence to all global policies.
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher education.
• Experience in the AML / Compliance / KYC / Sanctions sector and/or managerial experience will be an asset.
• Very good skills in planning, organizing, and motivating a team.
• Very good English (spoken and written), ability to communicate with all associates in a professional manner.
• An attitude towards providing the best services for the customer.
