Job Details



Role: L1/L2 Support Specialist



Mode of Hiring: B2B Contract



Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid 2-3 days weekly onsite)



Note: Consultants who are based in Poland and have a valid work permit are requested to apply as per the project compliance.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems.
  3. Escalate complex issues to senior support teams.
  4. Maintain detailed records of support activities.


Requirements

  1. Fluent in German or French (verbal and written).
  2. Experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.


Preferred

  1. Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
  2. JavaScript, test automation, and database knowledge highly desirable.
  3. DevOps knowledge is a plus.
