The project focuses on analyzing and improving the quality of KYC (Know Your Customer) data. Key activities include identifying gaps and inconsistencies in existing data, collaborating with business and IT teams to implement data standards, and supporting the rollout of a centralized Group KYC tool. The project also involves developing a Business Information Model (BIM), monitoring data quality metrics, resolving data issues, and documenting data definitions and lineage. It ensures smooth data migration and integration during system implementations, promotes data governance best practices, and provides consultation to agile teams.
