KYC Periodic Review Specialist

Location: Warsaw

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days from the office + 2 days remote)

Contract Type: B2B via Experis

Client’s Industry: Banking

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely KYC reviews of existing Clients records
2. Liaise with the banking teams and Clients to gather additional information
3. Liaise with downstream partners until requests are completed and maintain constant communication with banking team partners
4. Ensure all documentation received is current, accurate, and complete
5. Partner with KnowYourClient (KYC) Teams and other partners to ensure expedient, efficient, and seamless processing
6. Provide the highest level of customer service and teamwork to Banking teams and other internal partners
7. Continuously innovate by analyzing our KYC processes and systems to ensure we are as efficient and effective as possible
8. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience
2. Strong ability to plan work, accomplish milestones, and multi-task
3. Sound verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in previous roles
4. Prior experience in analyzing and researching data
5. Ability to make decisions based on facts and own judgment
6. Ability to analyze and interpret policies to correctly implement requirements
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to improve existing processes, detail-oriented, excellent team player, able to work under pressure
8. Demonstrated interest in the fields of KYC and/or Account Onboarding and/or Compliance
9. Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
