Job Family Group: Compliance and Control

Job Family: Business KYC

Time Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead KYC operations, including executing processes in accordance with Citi compliance policies and overseeing the KYC control environment
2. Perform program management of existing Business As Usual (BAU)/Refresh process with scope to migrate further functions globally
3. Provide people management and development responsibilities and ensure team service level standards are met
4. Liaise with Compliance department and senior management within business units supported
5. Provide Management Information System (MIS) reporting to senior management and ensure delivery of targets within timelines dictated by BAU and Refresh Program
6. Ensuring a high level of quality before cases are finalized
7. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
8. This role will be offered on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave for a period of 18 months

Qualifications:

1. 5-8 years of relevant experience
2. Bachelors degree/University degree
3. Ability to work under time pressure and without supervision
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Empathy and ability to positively influence team morale
