Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

1. Conducting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification of clients in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act.
2. Establishing and verifying the ownership structure of clients.
3. Monitoring sanction lists and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) lists.
4. Monitoring changes in regulations from payment organizations and other external regulators, e.g., KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority).
5. Representing the team at internal and external meetings.
6. Managing e-commerce processes according to the schedule.
7. Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of the AML Act.
2. Familiarity with national and international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML regulations.
3. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
4. Higher education, preferred fields: Economics, Administration, Management, Finance and Banking, or related.
5. English language proficiency at B2 level.
6. Good command of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Ability to acquire and share new knowledge and skills.
9. AML/KYC courses/certificates are a plus.
10. Experience in project work is a plus.
