KYC/AML Senior Analyst

For one of our Clients in Warsaw we are looking for KYC/AML Senior Analyst. 

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and reviewing KYC/AML documents
• Initiating risk assessment and due diligence
• Reviewing and analytics of the transactions activities
• Participating in KYC/AML related projects
• Pro-actively formulating proposals to improve systems, procedures, reporting and contributing to updates to monitoring policies via providing feedback
• Assisting with the process of defining and documenting transaction monitoring deliveries, and ensuring deliveries are in line with expectations
• Interface with Internal Clients, Compliance, Business Lines, Client Services and Quality Assurance Teams

Requirements:

• Understanding of AML/KYC principals
• KYC/AML/Audit/Compliance experience preferred – at least 3 years
• English language at C1 level
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel. 
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details
