• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform.
• Collaborate on diagnosing and resolving IKP infrastructure issues.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement reliability improvements.
• Weekend support is required.

• 7–10 years of experience working with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and operations.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Proficiency in observability and logging tools.
• Experience with Unix administration.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
