We are expanding our consultancy business in Poland and are looking for a Kubernetes Platform Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the infrastructure platform.
• Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving IKP infrastructure issues.
• Support the deployment, configuration and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues and integration failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements.
• Provide 24×7 support as part of an on‑call rota. Some weekend support is required.
• Plan duties and other administrative tasks for the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid technical knowledge and at least 3 years of hands‑on Kubernetes administration experience; deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations and troubleshooting tools; familiarity with containerisation, orchestration and Unix administration; experience with service meshes is a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and automation skills; familiarity with incident, change and problem management, and with infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to analyse logs, monitoring dashboards and communicate findings to improve resilience.
• Proficiency in English.
