We are expanding our consultancy business in Poland, and were looking for a Kubernetes Engineer to join our team. If you identify as neurodivergent and are passionate about technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end platform engineering and lifecycle management on Internal Kubernetes Platform.
- Build tools and automation to manage platform infrastructure and services lifecycle.
- Improve reliability, quality, and time to upgrade cluster and service versions.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to users for transparency of platform status.
- Define system alerts and automate responses where possible.
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives.
Qualifications
- Administrative knowledge with practical hands-on of container and Kubernetes platforms engineering and management
- Core competencies: Linux OS, Container, Kubernetes and K8S native systems like Istio, engineering skillset to manage infrastructure as code
- Ability to script in one or more shell languages, such as Bash or PowerShell
- Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python or Golang
- Experience with infrastructure support and operation automation following software lifecycle practice
- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
