Project
As a Kubernetes and Databases Administrator, you will be supporting mission-critical applications and the infrastructure of our global enterprise customers.
You will
- Handle Incidents and Changes of 24x7x365 mission-critical infrastructure.
- Work with 3rd-level teams to solve incidents.
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents using Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus monitoring tools.
- Implement change tasks according to the given runbooks.
Must have
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering.
- About three years of experience in a similar position.
- Thorough knowledge of Linux, preferably RedHat and SUSE.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Podman.
- Good networking know-how: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS.
- Basic experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana/ELK Stack.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with AWS (EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB).
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Being a team player with good communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in Java-based application support.
- German.
