Krakow Property and Site Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Represent the Alight brand in a positive and pleasant way to clients, employees, and guests.
• Maintain reception desk and provide exceptional front‑desk support.
• Greet clients and employees, answer incoming calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries.
• Ensure building facilities comply with safety standards and cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate visits, work orders, and vendor services for facility needs.
• Oversee building installations and/or refurbishments and support contractors.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure.
• Handle general accounting tasks: vendor creation, invoice processing, payment follow‑up.
• Collaborate with security, data privacy, finance, legal, HR, and other cross‑functional teams to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and develop action plans for improvement, including interior and exterior areas.
• Assist in new facility start‑ups, renovations, relocations, and manage on‑site contractors.
• Help coordinate facility services in other locations as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring security practices are followed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing reception and office management duties.
• Strong expertise in technical operations and familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software applications related to facility management.
• Strong cross‑cultural skills and experience working with global delivery models.
• Customer‑service oriented and a proven problem‑solver.
• Ability to travel when needed.
