Korean language translator - interpreter

Your responsibilities

• Representing the company, Tias, in dealing with Korean-speaking customers of the company;
• Translating company correspondence into Korean from English and from Korean into English;
• Translating company’s outbound communication for Korean-speaking customer contacts;
• Translating company’s inbound communication from Korean-speaking customer contacts;
• Cooperating with various departments in the company in delivering messages, advice and solutions to Korean-speaking customers;
• Supporting various tasks of the Management Board.

Our requirements

• Secondary education (i.e. high school);
• Native or native-level Korean language skills;
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
• Good organisation of work and assigned tasks;
• A good demeanor and a professional attitude towards work;
• Independent, proactive attitude towards ongoing tasks;
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment;
• Communication skills, interpersonal skills and empathy;
• Experience in office work and customer support is welcome.
