Koordynator ds. usług administracyjnych / Administrative Services Coordinator
Your responsibilities
- operating the reception desk of the main company office (being the first point of contact for guests, customers, suppliers and employees; maintenance of the guest book and entry cards)
- support managing the conference area (meeting calendar, preparing of conference rooms and equipment,)
- providing administrative support for defined processes (i. e. accounts payable, invoicing, travel expenses)
- ensuring document flow, handling outgoing and incoming mail and packages
- operation of telephone switchboard and company e-mail box
- cooperating with suppliers (office goods and services purchase)
- ensuring proper handling of sensitive information
Our requirements
- secondary school graduate or equivalent, bachelor’s degree would be preferred
- ability to prioritise tasks and organise own workload, self-reliance
- ideally 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Administrative Services
- good business Polish and English skills (written and spoken)

As an administrative services coordinator you will be part of the team in the reception area of the company’s main offices in Warsaw. Besides being the first contact for visitors you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and support various of the company’s processes daily.
Location Warsaw, onsite, some flexibility will be considered after probation period
