Obowiązki

• processing invoices (payments / pre-payments) and preparing payment proposals (scheduled, automated run),
• performantion of PTP reconciliations and period end close activities,
• recording of PO and non PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments,
• cooperation with other financial departments and with local markets,
• communication with business partners and third parties as needed to resolve invoice inquiries, discrepancies and approvals,
• reconciliation of vendor statements,
• monitoring blocked items on daily basis,
• analysing and verification of unpaid items,
• participation in process transition,
• participation in the automation and standardization of financial processes.

Wymagania

• 2+ years of experience in similar role,
• knowledge of SAP will be a huge asset,
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance will be a huge asset,
• high business culture and communication skills,
• analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
• willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
• fluent in English (at least B2) and French will be a huge asset,
• experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.
