• You will be the member of the E-systems Division Finance Team, leading the operations controlling activities of our wire harnesses plant in Mielec, Poland.
• Preparation of Forecasts and Budgets in collaboration with local management team.
• Monthly close procedures and reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Management of internal controls over all processes to maintain financial integrity and compliance with the SOX Laws (Sarbanes-Oxley).
• Act as the key finance support to plant management and business group finance organization by delivering of timely and meaningful financial support, reports and analysis which can be used for operational and tactical decision-making.
• Analyzing costs and economic management of monthly production.
• Planning “product-costs” and controlling price calculations.
• Deliver continual improvements in financial processes.
