You will be part of building our new Global Service Centre in Poznan, which is to support various functions globally, and you will have a considerable influence on the future of our financial department and the way we administrate our finances. You will be at the heart of the transformation and will play an active role in making the changes successful.

What we expect

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in sales controlling, data analysis and reporting
• Ability to understand complex relationships, develop solutions and communicate clearly to target audiences
• Team player with a good balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to understand and adapt flexibly to new circumstances
• Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and analysis
• Solid knowledge of SAP and experience in optimising SAP processes
• Solid knowledge of contribution margin accounting and the theoretical principles of cost and activity accounting and cost allocation
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Very good knowledge of English

Your tasks

• Preparing global sales, discount, profitability, and contribution margin analyses
• Monitoring price trends for our products in our markets
• Monitoring and analysing sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Participating in the definition, implementation, and measurement of sales KPIs
• Coordinating the sales planning process
• Participating in the sales forecasting process
• Working closely with business unit controllers, sales teams, and the analytics team
• Managing and optimising SAP processes to support sales activities
• Controlling costs and supporting individual business units when required
• Participating in and managing international projects/modules as required, including roll-outs
