We conduct projects for clients from various industries in Poland and the entire CEE region, focusing on retail trade and consumer goods, healthcare, operational excellence in leading manufacturing companies, and the most dynamic technology companies. We help clients make strategic decisions and support them in operational processes. Our team is part of the global Strategy& team, consisting of 3,000 strategic consultants.

We are looking for a Konsultant/Konsultantka. If you are interested in strategic topics, like challenges, and seeking unconventional solutions in an inspiring, ambitious, and experienced team, then Strategy& is the place for you.

As part of the Strategy& team, you will be part of project teams working directly with the management of dynamic companies, synthesizing various data from analyses, research, industry interviews, and brainstorming sessions to build recommendations tailored to the needs of clients on the largest strategic and transformational projects in Poland, the CEE region, and globally.

Your future role will include:

• participating in the development of project recommendations on strategy development, sales and marketing, restructuring and reorganization of companies, transaction support projects (due diligence, PMI, VCP), and support in achieving operational excellence for our clients
• ongoing contact and daily cooperation with the project team and the management of our clients
• supporting the implementation of project modules in the field of strategic consulting conducted for clients from various sectors in Poland and other European countries
• responsibility for preparing analyses and creating and verifying hypotheses
• creating a storyline and flow of presentations using the Hypothesis Based Problem Solving framework
• having a real impact on the development of Strategy& in Poland, including participation in Business Development initiatives, creating sales offers, participating in events promoting Strategy&
• supporting other team members working within the common project area

Apply if you:

• have 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting company
• can boast a higher economic or technical education (preferred fields: economics, management, finance, quantitative methods, mathematics, physics)
• are fluent in English and Polish
• like to solve non-trivial business problems
• have excellent analytical skills and ease of working with numbers
• can communicate clearly and effectively with experienced professionals at the management level
• can manage your time and prioritize tasks

Nice to have:

• you already have experience in implementing strategic consulting projects
• you know additional tools - programming languages, GenAI, or specialized industry tools
